Excellence Meets Resilience

HIgh school: A senior must be nominated by a teacher, counselor, or staff member. 

1. The nominator will complete a brief 5-question form and distribute it to additional staff. 
2. A minimum of four staff members must also submit the form in support of the same student, reflecting broad recognition within the school community. 
3. All submissions must be sent from a school-issued email address for verification and school affiliation.
4. Only one student will be considered for the award.

College: A senior can nominate themselves or another senior

1. The nominee will complete a brief 250 word statement of need form.
2. A minimum of one other person must also submit the form in support of the same student, reflecting broad recognition within the school community.
3. All submissions must be sent from a school-issued email address for verification and school affiliation.
4. Multiple students may be considered until funds are exhausted.
